The GoPro Hero4 is a small action cam which you can use in a rig to capture full 360° Video footage. You have to use at least six GoPro cameras to achieve a satisfying full 360° view. The footage of all cameras has to be synchronized and stitched in the postproduction process.

Kodak Pixpro SP360 4K
This action cam is specially designed to create 360° videos. The newest generation of the Pixpro comes with a 4K video resolution, takes 12 MP pictures and has a 235° lens. Which means that you can achieve 360° videos with two Pixpros combined and the usual synchronizing and stitching workflow as already mentioned in the GoPro description.

Ricoh Theta S
This camera comes with two 180° lenses and a free app to process the captured videos and turn them into ready to view 360° films. It can record up to 1080p 30 fps full range, which means that the actual part of the video that you can watch at a time is not Full HD. It can take pictures of up to 5376 x 2688 pixels which can also be transformed into 360° viewable images by the free Ricoh app.

Nokia OZO
The most expensive camera on the 360° degree camera market is the Nokia OZO. It’s technical specifications are very sophisticated, as well as the price tag: 60.000 US Dollar.
